Spicy Margaritas


 

 


Spicy 'Rita

Muddled orange slice and jalepeno pepper
2 parts Avion Reposado Tequila
3/4 part Cointreau
1/2 part Fresh Sour Mix
3/4 part fresh squeezed lime

 

 

Margarita Francesa

1.5 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Alma Tequila
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz simple syrup

Combine Grand Marnier, tequila, lime juice, orange juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a tall glass with ice and garnish with an orange wheel and lime wedge.

 
 

Mercadito (Freshest Margarita with Jalapeno and Cilantro)

1.5 oz Milagro Silver Tequila
0.50 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz lime juice
0.75 oz agave nectar
4 cucumber slices
1 pinch of cilantro
1 jalapeno slice
2 dashes celery bitters

Muddle, shake and strain over fresh ice in Rocks glass. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.

 

Sunrise Margarita
Recipe by Tequila Avion

1 1/2 parts Tequila Avion Reposado
1 part guava puree
1 part fresh lime sour

Place ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake until frothy and strain over fresh ice and garnish with toasted coconut flakes to complete the beverage.
