2 Parts Absolute Citron
0.75 Part Crème Brulee Cassis De Dijon

Blend the above ingredients in a shaker

1 Dash of Sour Mix

Shake Well

Strain into a martini glass and top With Champagne.

 

Creme Brulee Martini

2 Parts Stoli Vanilla
0.75 Parts Port of Crème Anglaise
1 Dash of Simple Syrup

Blend the above ingredients in a shaker

Shake well and strain in a martini glass and decorate with hard caramel.
