These two cockatils, a special Margarita and a new twist on the ever-popular pear drink, feature Dos Lunas Tequila.

 

Dos Lunas Margarita

Unrefined cane sugar converted into simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water brought to boil)
Fresh lime juice to taste
1 ounce Cointreau
1.5 oz. Dos Lunas Silver
Served on the rocks

Everything is made to taste, so give and take to this recipe as needed.

 

Dos Lunas Silver Lining

2oz of Tequila
4oz. of Pear Nectar
1oz. ElderFlower Syrup(Sold in Dean and Deluca)
6 mint leaves
Splash of club soda
1 cinnamon stick stirrer

In a cocktail shaker muddle six mint leaves, then add ice, tequila, pear nectar, and elderflower syrup. Shake all together and pour all in round rocks glass. Top off with club soda.
