These caipirinha recipes featuring premium Leblon Cachaca show off
the versatility and mixability of the Brazilian spirit.
Strawberry Basil Caipirinha
2 oz Leblon Cachaca
4 strawberries cut into quarters
2-3 torn, small basil leaves
1 lime into quarters
Muddle above ingredients all at once
Pour above ingredients into cocktail tumbler filled with ice
Add 1 tbsp superfine sugar
Shake over ice
Serve in rock glass
Garnish with half a strawberry and basil leaf
(For an extra kick, add a touch of Tabasco)
LeBlonde Caipirinha
2 oz Leblon Cachaca
Cut 1 lime into quarters and muddle
Cut 3-4 strawberry and 3 pineapple into quarters
4 tbsp of Simple Syrup (or 2 tbsp of fine sugar)
Pour above ingredients into cocktail tumbler
filled with ice
Muddle ingredients
Add 2-3 tablespoons of Coco Lopez coconut cream
Shake over ice
Serve in rocks glass
Garnish with sugarcane swizzle stick

Lychee Ginger Joy
1 ˝ oz Leblon Cachaca
2 oz lychee syrup
˝ tsp of freshly grated ginger
Pour above ingredients into cocktail tumbler
filled with ice
Shake vigorously over ice
Serve in chilled martini glass
Garnish with lychee fruit |
Aloha Brazil
2 oz Leblon Cachaca
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
˝ oz (1 tablespoon) Cointreau or triple sec
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon orgeat syrup or 1 drop pure almond extract
1 teaspoon superfine granulated sugar
Dash of grenadine
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
filled with ice
Shake vigorously and strain into large glass
1/3 full with crushed ice
Garnish with pineapple or a favorite tropical
fruit using a drink spear |

Cabral's Caipirinha
(Named after the famous Portuguese explorer
of Brazil, Pedro Álvares
Cabral)
Cut 1 lime into quarters
Muddle lime with 4 tbsp of Simple Syrup (or 2
tbsp of fine sugar)
2 oz Leblon Cachaca
2 oz passion fruit juice
2-3 mint leaves
1-2 pinches of cracked pepper
Pour above ingredients into cocktail tumbler
filled with ice
Shake hard over ice
Serve in rocks glass
Garnish with sugarcane swizzle stick |
Pomegranate Caipirinha
2 oz Leblon Cachaca
˝ oz PAMA pomegranate liquor (can substitute with 1 oz POM juice)
Muddle 1 lime with raw sugar
Pour above ingredients into cocktail tumbler
filled with ice
Shake with ice
Serve in rock glass

Watermelon Smash
1 ˝ oz Leblon Cachaca
4 thick wedges of seedless watermelon
3-4 slices of cucumber
2 table spoons simple syrup
1-2 drops of rose water
Lightly muddle above ingredients together
Top of with 1 oz of lemon-lime soda
Serve in highball glass filled with ice

Kappa Caipirinha
2 oz Leblon Cachaca
˝ of a lime
4 thick, peeled cucumber slices
3-4 mint leaves
2-4 tbsp Simple Syrup
Crushed ice
Muddle lime, simple syrup and mint first. Then,
muddle cucumber.
Add Leblon and ice and top with splash of soda.
Serve in rock glass and garnish with cucumber and lime wheels.

Midsummer Caipirini
2 oz Leblon Cachaca
2 oz Coco Lopez coconut cream
˝ of a lime
Pour Leblon, Coco Lopez, and ice into cocktail
tumbler and shake until very cold.
Squeeze ˝ of a lime into tumbler and shake even
colder.
Serve in chilled martini glass. |
Pineapple Infusion
1 750ml bottle of Leblon Cachaca
1 whole pineapple
2 whole granny smith apples
Cut pineapple into 1" chunks
Cut apples into 1" chunks
Place pineapple and apple chunks into infusion
jar
Pour 1 full bottle of Leblon into infusion jar
Refrigerate and infuse for 2 days |
