If you’re looking for something other than the traditional Mint Julep, try a Major Bailey, made with Plymouth Gin.

The Major Bailey

12 Fresh mint leaves
2 oz. Plymouth gin
¼ oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ oz. Sugar syrup

In a shaker filled with ice, first muddle the mint leaves with gin. Add lime juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup.  Shake with ice and fine strain into a glass half filled with crushed ice.  Stir drink and garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
