If you’re looking for something other than the traditional Mint Julep, try a Major Bailey, made with Plymouth Gin. The Major Bailey
In a shaker filled with ice, first muddle the mint leaves with gin. Add lime juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake with ice and fine strain into a glass half filled with crushed ice. Stir drink and garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
