Cucumber Martini

This Cucumber Martini is the creation of Hollywood caterer, Mary Micucci, whose clients range from Sony and Paramount to Cartier and Jaguar. She established Along Came Mary Productions from the back of a Volkswagen Bug in 1975. It has become the largest event production and gourmet catering company in the entertainment industry.

Cucumber Martini

1 ½ oz. vodka
1 oz. cointreau
1 oz. cucumber juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. lime juice
5 mint leaves

Using a juicer, juice one cucumber, leaving a small portion to dice.  Add Cointreau, syrup, lime juice and vodka.  Shake, serve chilled.  Garnish with mint and diced cucumbers.
