Papillon Bistro & Bar is a traditional French bistro with an international twist, located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. Karl O’Connor, Papillion Bistro & Bar’s resident mixologist and bar manager was thinking of Valentine’s Day when he created this cocktail, but sophisticated lovers will appreciate it any time.

 

Le Grand Amour

1 oz Grand Marnier
½ oz Camus XO
Dash of Maraschino Liqueur
Chilled Veuve Cliquot

Pour the Grand Marnier, Cognac and a dash of Maraschino into a champagne flute.Stir.

Fill the remainder with the chilled champagne. Garnish with a strawberry
