In the past two years, the $49 billion U.S. spirits industry has introduced 53 “flavored” vodkas and 26 flavored rums to market.

But for all that flavor, one visionary entrepreneur asked, “Where’s the fruit?”

Stacie Schonfeld found the niche that the big spirits brands had missed. Her 267 Infusions is a new category of spirits: the first all-natural real fruit infusion, marrying premium spirits with perfectly ripened fruit.

267 Infusions carefully selects fresh fruits and blends them with ultra-premium vodka, rum or tequila. No chemicals, enhancers, or artificial anything is added. During the infusion process, the fruits’ juices, colors and essence become part of the spirit. The resulting 42 proof 267 Infusion can be enjoyed chilled or over ice or as a mixer. The line currently consists of four vodkas, orange, lemon, cranberry, and olives with pearl onions; two rums, mango and pineapple; and two tequilas, orange and chili pepper.

267 Infusions are packaged in a hand-crafted contemporary bottle with the fruit inside clearly visible. When the final drop has been consumed, the fruit can be enjoyed as a spirited dessert, added to a favorite recipe, or serve as a reminder to open another bottle.
