Black and Blue

The Black Grouse, a blended Scotch Whisky from The Famous Grouse, long one of Scotland’s most popular Whiskies, is a blend of smoky peated malts and Scotland's Favorite Whisky.

The Black Grouse has partnered with NYC barbecue restaurant Blue Smoke to develop an original drink that works with grilled food.

2 ounces The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
½ ounce calvados (apple brandy)
½ ounce amaretto
¼ ounce hazelnut liqueur
