In celebration of its 60th anniversary, Rancho
de los Caballeros in Wickenburg, AZ, introduces the Los Caballeros
Martini, a concoction that makes both cowboys and city slickers say
"yee-haw!"
The drink gets its distinctive deep pink color
from vodka infused hand-picked prickly pear
cactus fruit, which are native to the 20,000 acres of Sonoran desert
that surround this historic, family-owned ranch resort. Prickly
pear cactus fruit is high in vitamin C,
calcium, potassium, magnesium and antioxidants.
1 oz.Vodka, infused with prickly
pear cactus fruit
1 oz. Absolut Citron vodka
½ oz. Cointreau
¼ Lemon, squeezed
Place ingredients in martini shaker and mix.
Strain into up glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.
