Created by Gaspare Campari in 1860, Campari is made from the infusion of herbs, aromatic plants and fruits in alcohol and water. Gaspare’s recipe remains a highly guarded secret, known only to the few people involved with the production process. Buon Giorno!
Muddle cantaloupe chunks with honey and sea salt in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, SKYY Vodka, Campari and Luxardo and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass with crushed ice. Top with Prosecco and Cantaloupe melon balls on a toothpick. Cerveza Nicola
Pour Campari and SKYY Vodka over ice into a draft style glass and fill to the rim with Peroni. Garnish with an orange slice. Zapatista
Beginning with Agave Nectar and pepper, combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice into tall glass. Garnish with long grapefruit peel. Campari and Soda
Pour Campari over ice in a highball glass. Add club soda. Garnish with an orange slice. Campari and Orange
Pour Campari over ice in a highball glass. Add orange juice.
Garnish with an orange slice. Negroni Sbagliato
Pour all the ingredients into a tumbler with some ice. Shake and then pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange slice. |
