Cherry Infused Rum


 

 


Bacardi Flavored Rums has married the bold taste of Barbados cherries with the torch plant aloe of South Africa to create the infusion Bacardi Torched Cherry.

 

Bacardi Torched Cherry Daiquiri Glacier Ice

1 ½ parts Bacardi Torched Cherry
½ part St. Germain liqueur or simple syrup
1 part Fresh squeezed lime juice
½ part Grapefruit juice
 

 

 

 

Bacardi Torched Cherry Sweet Surrender

1 ½ parts Bacardi Torched Cherry
½ part Maraschino Liqueur
¼ part Patxaran Liqueur
½ part Fresh squeezed lime juice

Garnish with an African orchid

 

 

Bacardi Torched Cherry Jungle Mist

2 parts Bacardi Torched Cherry
3 slices of cucumber
1 ½ parts pineapple juice (cocktail can also be made without this)
1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
½ part St. Germain liqueur or simple syrup

Shake and pour over ice in a high ball glass. Garnish with mint.

 

Bacardi Torched Cherry Bare Essentials

1 ½ parts Bacardi Torched Cherry
1 part Heering Cherry Liqueur
¼ part Cointreau Orange Liqueur
¼ part Fresh squeezed lemon juice

Serve straight up in a martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
