Trend: Cognac Cocktails


 

 
 


These cocktails from Courvoisier, known as the cognac of Napoleon, feature Exclusif Cognac, which is designed to be mixed.

Courvoisier Montpellier Cherry

1 ½ parts Courvoisier Exclusif Cognac
½ part Cherry Heering Liqueur
6 black cherries
Dash of gomme
Soda water
Mint to garnish

Muddle the cherries in a mixing glass before adding all the other ingredients. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with soda and garnish with a sprig of mint and a single cherry.

 

Courvoisier Strawberry Lemonade

1 ½ parts Courvoisier Exclusif Cognac
1 part DeKuyper Strawberry Pucker Liqueur
½ part DeKuyper Signature Triple Sec
Splash of sour mix
2 strawberries (optional)

Shake well and strain into an ice–filled tall glass. Top with club soda.

 

Courvoisier French Revolution

1 part Courvoisier Exclusif Cognac
3 parts apple juice
1 ½ parts ginger beer
½ part crème de cassis (optional)
Lime to garnish

Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled tall glass. Stir and garnish with a wedge of lime.

 

Courvoisier Brown Sugar

1 part Courvoisier Exclusif Cognac
3 parts Starbucks Cream Liqueur

Serve in a rocks glass over ice.

 

 

 

Courvoisier French Kiss

½ part Courvoisier Exclusif Cognac
Fill Glass with Champagne
1 sugar cube (optional)

Serve in a champagne flute.
