More About Pears

Pears, one of the recent trends in the cocktail world, are staying front and center with new recipes. These two recipes feature Martin Miller's Gin paired with perennial favorites pomegranate and Pernod—with the surprising addition of egg white. 

Martin Miller's Pom-tini

2 oz Martin Miller's Gin
1 ½ oz Pomegranate liquor
¾ oz Egg white

 Shake ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.  Pour into martini glass and garnish a sprig of mint.

Martin Miller's Pear-fection

2 oz Martin Miller's Gin
4 oz Pear Nectar
¼ oz Pernod
