Winetales

Alex Ott, a master mixologist who has worked with top bars and clubs in New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Paris, has created a new line of drinks, winetails, for Ecco Domani.

"I see winetails as the next evolution in mixed drinks, with wine-lovers and cocktail fanatics alike embracing them. People are moving away from strong libations and prefer drinks they can sip casually," he says.

York hotspots Buddha Bar and Tenjune are serving some of his new recipes.

Alex’s unique recipes blend Ecco Domani's stylish Italian wines with fresh fruit and spices that enhance the flavors of the wine. From the delectable Ecco Sidro—a twist on the traditional apple cider—to the deep chocolate flavor of the Ecco Cioccolato, there is a winetail fitting for every season. For warm weather, the Ecco Freddo features muddled watermelon and pineapple juice, and the Domani Limonata is a refreshing take on the classic lemonade.

Ecco Freddo

Add 1 oz. of pineapple juice
