Watermelon Martini For this martini, ripe watermelon is juiced and simply shaken with premium vodka, simple syrup, a squeeze of fresh lime. The clean, refreshing flavor stemming from the fresh fruits make this martini a big hit.
Chill two martini glasses with ice. Juice watermelon and add to a shaker. Add vodka, simple syrup and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice. Give it a good shake. Mix the sugar and salt together on a plate. Dump out the ice from the chilled glasses and dip the rim into the salt and sugar mixture. Strain the shaker mixture into each glass and garnish with a wedge of watermelon.
Summer Blackberry Mojito
In shaker muddle the blackberries, simple syrup and lime juice. Add Rum and ice and stir well. Pour into snifter. Garnish with fresh mint, sugar cane and a blackberry. *Raspberries can be used as well and vodka can be substituted for the rum.
Mandarin Mojito 4 ounces Premium Mandarin Vodka Put simple syrup, mint, lime and oranges in shaker and muddle. Add vodka and ice. Shake and pour into your favorite glass. Top with soda water and garnish with sugar cane.
Pomegranate Martini 1 Pomegranate Cut the pomegranate in half. Spoon out the seeds and set a spoonful inside the bottom of the Martini glass. Squeeze the juice from the fruit into the shaker with the vodka, simple syrup and cranberry juice. Shake well and strain into glasses. Pomegranate is thought to be the original forbidden fruit. |
