The May Fair Bar: Hip New Addition to London’s Radisson Edwardian May Fair Hotel

The May Fair Bar, which opened recently as part of the multi-million pound refurbishment of the famous Radisson Edwardian May Fair Hotel in London, has quickly become a popular place to unwind for discerning bar goers in London. With its sleek design and chilled atmosphere, the May Fair Bar is created for meeting and lounging

Mixing up the magic at the May Fair Bar is head mixologist Marios Elias and his team of 15 bartenders. With the emphasis on fresh fruit, vintage rums, spirits and herbs, the May Fair drinks list boasts more than 40 cocktails. It includes the classics, such as the Manhattan, Cosmopolitan and Strawberry Daiquiri, as well as the bar’s signature cocktail, the May Fair Mojito, a blend of three-year-old Havana Club rum, vanilla, sugar, lime, fresh mint and lemon juice.

May Fair Bar variations on the martini include a Chocolate Martini (made with Ciroc vodka and dark chocolate) and a Fresh Fruit Martini (passion fruit, watermelon, mango, raspberries, strawberries and mandarin.)

Classic champagne cocktails are also given the May Fair touch, including Bellini (fresh peach and Crème de Peche finished with Moet & Chandon) and Temptation (Polish vodka flavoured with bison grass, Chambord raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and guava juice, topped with Moet & Chandon). The May Fair also has a range of non-alcoholic smoothies and cocktails, which are a fusion of exotic fruits.
