This recipe for champagne cocktail serves six—making it perfect for a summer brunch or afternoon entertaining of the patio.


 

 
 


Orangecello Champagne Cocktail

2/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup superfine sugar
3/4 cup gold rum
1/2 cup Caravella Orangecello
1/4 cup mango juice
1 bottle champagne
1 cup fresh diced mango for garnish

Combine lime juice and sugar in a large pitcher.  Stir until dissolved.

Add the rum, Caravella Orangecello and mango juice.

Chill for one hour or longer.

Add champagne to each glass to fill. Garnish with diced mango.

For a single drink, pour 1 1/2 ounces of the rum, Orangecello and mango juice mix into a fluted champagne glass.
