This recipe is the signature drink at the Sonesta Hotel & Suites Coconut Grove, FL, and is served in Panorama, the hotel's Peruvian restaurant overlooking the bay. But it’s for summer sipping anywhere.

Pisco by the Bay

1 oz Malibu Rum
1 oz Pisco Montesierpe
1 oz Sour Mix
1 oz Pineapple juice
Splash of Sprite
Splash of lime juice

Shake all ingredients and serve in a tall glass on the rocks. Garnish with a Sugar Cane and a Lemon Wheel.
