2 oz Rye Whiskey, 0.5 oz Velvet Falernum, 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters, Absinthe rinse


Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe. Stir the remaining ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
