SKYY Infusions Pineapple Celebrates Hawaii’s 50^th

The island chain known as Hawaii will marks its 50^th year as the 50^th state in August. Loved for its beautiful beaches, tropical locale and traditional Polynesian luaus, Hawaii has captured the hearts and imaginations of Americans for decades and has served as the inspiration for countless culinary trends.

As Hawaii celebrates the half-century mark as a member of the Union, SKYY Vodka embraces the “Spirit of Aloha,” with the fruit most identified with the state: Pineapple. SKYY Infusions Pineapple is an infusion of premium SKYY Vodka and fresh pineapple.

Spirit of Aloha

1.5 oz. SKYY Infusions Pineapple
2 oz. Coconut Milk
2 oz. Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz. Cane Sugar Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour over fresh ice in a coconut glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry. Add an umbrella and straw.

Hawaiian Breeze

4 oz. SKYY Infusions Pineapple
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz. Ginger Liqueur
0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a 15 oz. ice-filled hurricane glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Hula Dancer’s Delight

1 oz. SKYY Infusions Pineapple
0.5 oz. Vanilla Rum
1 oz. Lychee Puree
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Splash of Fresh Lemon Juice
Grenadine

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Add a splash of Grenadine and garnish with floating orchid.
