Espresso Martini Variations
Vodka, coffee liqueur, a little syrup and a fresh shot of espresso, shaken hard enough to build that foam on top. The hard shake is the whole trick, and the espresso needs to be fresh, not left over from this morning. Once you’ve got the base down, vanilla or chocolate are easy additions.
